GOLDEN EARS PRIVINTIAL PARK CAMP

Well we have awaited this day for some time now. It is finally here and we are all eager to get started. This Camp was to be our first camp as a Troop, as we are all new scouts. It has been raining and cold, sometimes the temperature has been down to +2C at night and not much higher during the day. The weather report was almost constant rain with winds up to 100km/h. Because of the expected high winds, the leaders decided to change the location of the camp and go to a location with a more dence tree population, so that the trees would be a natural wind shield.
